La Caleta is a very quite fisher village where you can find some of thebest fish and seafood restaurants in the South of Tenerife.
The building is located in a central position, on a pedestrian street that ends at the seafront. It has a lift and double access through two different streets. It is very easy to park in the area, there is a free parking lot a few metres away from the building.
Car is not necessary. The views from the terrace are impressive, and from the roof terrace you will have 360º of view towards the mountain and the sea.

The apartment is on a second floor and has a large sunny terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs to enjoy the spectacular views of the sea and the fisher village. It is fully fitted with silent ceiling fans and Wi-Fi. It has one bedroom with a king-size bed (can be converted to twin beds), and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, microwave, vitroceramic, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and board, coffee facilities, kettle, and hair dryer.
