How does the booking process work?

How do I pay for a booking?
To secure a booking, a deposit of 20% of the total booking amount by bank transfer or another agreed method, please contact booking@teneriferentals.es for further details. The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of booking.
When is my reservation confirmed?
A reservation is considered confirmed once the required deposit has been received and the booking details have been agreed. Availability may be temporarily blocked once you express confirmed interest in a property, subject to final confirmation.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
Cancellation conditions depend on the timing of the cancellation. If the cancellation is made 60 days or more before the start of the rental period, the deposit will be retained. For cancellations made closer to the arrival date, the following charges apply:
Between 60 and 31 days before arrival, 70% of the rental price will be charged.
Between 30 days and 0 days before arrival, 100% of the rental price will be charged.
All cancellations must be made in writing.
When will I receive the arrival details?
Arrival and check-in information will be sent 2 weeks before the arrival date. If you require this information earlier, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Why are your prices competitive?
Our prices are competitive because we work directly with property owners and, in some cases, manage properties ourselves. This structure allows us to reduce intermediary costs and offer good value while maintaining quality standards.
What is the minimum stay?
The minimum stay is generally 7 nights, although this may vary during certain seasons or for specific offers. Please contact us for details.
Can we book more than one accommodation if we are a group?
Yes, group bookings can be arranged depending on availability. Please contact us with your requirements and we will advise on available options.
How will I receive my booking confirmation and important information?
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with confirmation details and all relevant information related to your stay, including arrival instructions and contact details where applicable.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided unless otherwise stated in the property description.
Are utilities included in the price?
Electricity and water are included in the rental price, provided that consumption remains within normal and reasonable usage. Excessive or unreasonable use may result in additional charges.
How do I collect the keys?
Key collection details will be provided prior to arrival as part of the arrival information. Procedures may vary depending on the accommodation.
What time is check-in?
Standard check-in is from 15:00. Early check-in may be possible, subject to availability. Late arrivals may incur an additional charge, which will be communicated in advance where applicable. Arrivals after 21:00 are subject to an additional fee of €25. Arrivals from 00:00 onwards are subject to an additional fee of €50.
Can I stay longer on the departure day?
Late departure may be possible subject to availability. If approved, an additional charge may apply. Please contact us in advance to check availability and conditions.
Do you provide baby cots?
Travel cots may be available upon request, subject to availability and at an additional cost. Requests must be made at least one week prior to arrival.
Is cleaning included?
Final cleaning is included in the total booking price. Additional cleaning services during the stay may be available upon request and at an extra cost.
What should I do if something is damaged during my stay?
Please report any damage or breakage as soon as possible using the contact details provided. Necessary repairs or replacements will be assessed, and any applicable charges will be determined accordingly.
Who can I contact if I need assistance during my stay?
We are available during working hours to assist with questions or requests. Emergency contact details, where applicable, will be provided prior to arrival.
