How does the booking process work?

How do I pay the booking?

To book the chosen property, you will be required to pay 20% of the total amount of the booking by online payment. If you want to pay through a bank transfer or cash; email us to booking@teneriferentals.es to give you all the details. The rest of the total amount can be paid by bank transfer or credit card 7 days before your check-in date*.


When will I know that my reservation is confirmed?

The reservation is confirmed when we receive your deposit, however the dates will be blocked as soon as you confirm your interest in one of our properties.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

If your cancellation is done 60 days or more before your rental period, the cancel penalty is the deposit. If it is done less days before the arrival, you are responsible for paying the following percentages of the rental price:


- Between 60 and 31 days before rental period – 70% of the rental price

- Between 30 days and 0 days before rental period – 100% of the rental price

When will I receive the arrival details?

This information will be sent to you 10 days before the arrival. If for any reason, you prefer to have this information before, do not hesitate to ask for it.


Why are your properties less expensive than comparable properties from other agencies? 

Our prices are lower because we have the exclusivity of the published accomodation. We are in direct touch with the owners of each property to avoid additional costs so there is no long list of agencies that add their fees along the way. 

 

Which is the minimum stay?

The minimum stay is 7 nights, except special seasons. Please contact us for further details.

 

If we are a group, shall we book more than one apartment at the same building location?

Yes, you can. We offer several apartments at the same building location. Please contact us for further information.

 

How do I get my booking confirmation and the rest of the important information?

After you have paid the prepayment, you will receive an email confirming your booking has successfully registered and also all the details of your apartment (address, phone number of our welcome staff and how to collect the keys…), all the information you will need to know about your reservation with us.

 

Are linen and towels included?

Yes, our apartments and villas include both bed linens and towels for your convenience.

 

Are supplies (water, electricity, gas) included in the total price?

The total price includes supplies. Excessive use may result in additional charges. Please use responsibly.

 

What should I do to collect the keys of the property I have booked?

We will welcome you directly at your accommodation. You will receive the contact number of the welcome staff in your email several days before the arrival. As soon as you arrive at the airport, just call us and we will arrange a meeting directly at the apartment or villa.. Our welcome staff will hand over the keys and also show you around the property.

 

At what time is it possible to check-in to our booked property?

The property will be available from 16:00. Please kindly take note if the apartment rented is ready before that time, we will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible. However, if the apartment is occupied, the check-out time is 11:00 and we must get the apartment ready for you. Please note that:


  - If your check-in is after 21:00h there is a 25€ extra fee.

  - If your check-in is after 00:00h this charge will be of 50€. 


Is my card information safe on your page?

Yes, the payment gateway is encrypted and fully secure.

 

Is it possible to stay in the property longer on the departure date? How much does this cost?

You can block the departure’s day if it is available and the cost is 50% of the property rate.


Do you provide a baby cot?

We have travel cots under request. Please, if you need it, let us know in advance because there are some apartments that don't offer this service.

 

Is there cleaning service during my stay? Is the cleaning fee included in the total price?

The cleaning fee is included in the total price of the reservation and it means that we will clean the apartment after you leave. If you require any extra cleaning service during your stay, please ask for availability and prices during your booking or check-in process.


What happens if I break something?

Please contact to your local contact as soon as possible. We will do our best to fix or replace the item/s broken and we will determine if we need to charge you or not.

  

Are the apartments or villas accessible for disabled people?

Unfortunately the apartments are not still adapted for wheelchairs.


   - Vera Mar Complex: We have apartments located on low floors. There are 4 steps at the entrance of each  
      building. From the main entrance there is an exterior access to the beach by ramps. 

   - La Caleta: The building has an elevator and the apartment has a shower.
   - Holiday Valle: Not wheelchair accessible. 

   - Veril: Not wheelchair accessible.

   - Villa Zen: Not wheelchair accessible.

   - Villa Itaca: Not wheelchair accessible

Are pets allowed in the apartments?

We like animals but pets are not allowed within the apartment for allergy reasons.

 

Is it easy to park in the area?

Vera Mar: We offer the access to the private parking lot inside the complex.

La Caleta: Large and free parking in front of the building.

El Veril del Duque: Free parking outside the complex.

Villa Zen: Free parking outside the villa.
Villa Itaca: 2 private parking places


What can I do if I need help or any request during my stay?

We will be available during working hours to answer any of your questions or queries. In case of emergency only, please contact our 24 hr. phone number provided at your check-in date.
